Rules & Regulations
- All fees are payable strictly in advance.
- Except for new pupils enrolling after the start of term, no deductions can be made for missed classes (however exceptions will be made for long term illness at the head's discretion.)
- Half a term's notice in writing is required for pupils wishing to terminate their classes.
- Any pupil leaving the school term without giving the above notice will be liable for the full terms fees.
- Pupils are expected to attend their classes punctually & regularly.
- Pupils must attend class dressed & groomed appropriately.
- All pupils must take part in performances & open classes as requested.
- The school does not accept responsibility for any damage to loss of property or injury sustained by pupils whilst on the school premises.
- It is the parent's responsibility to ensure that their child is fully supervised outside the specified school times.
- The school has the right to terminate the student's involvement in the classes if their behaviour is deemed not acceptable.
- Pupils may not seek or accept any professional or amateur engagements, nor attend outside classes without the heads permission.
- Pupils may be filmed or photographed for performances from time to time, by signing the enrolment form you therefore give your permission for this to happen. If you wish your child not to be filmed/photographed, please send a letter expressing your wishes to Miss Katie Dunstall.
- Should it be necessary to close the school on the account of epidemic, national crisis or any other circumstances over which Kaleidoscope Theatre College has no control, fees cannot be returned, nor compensated made for any period of schooling lost.
